A village on the shores of Sydney Harbour, Breakfast Point is distinguished by its coastal architecture and traditional interiors. Each building is distinctly unique by design, yet all co-exist harmoniously to create a cohesive and thoughtful community.

Jacaranda is an exclusive residence of just thirty custom apartments in a boutique five-storey building.

Lick colour was engaged to provide an exterior and interior colour upgrade for Jacaranda, including common areas for all five levels.

Careful consideration was given to the external colour selections to ensure a fit with the aesthetic of the exclusive gated community. It was also important to introduce a colour scheme not previously used in the precinct to provide some individuality.

The  weatherboard cladding has been featured, with a saturated lavender highlighting the architectural detail and a greyed-mauve anchoring the projected balconies. The general broad wall areas have been treated with a subtle grey toned white providing visual contrast with the white trims that are consistent across all buildings.

Interior walls are a warm grey to tie in with the the exterior colours. Apartment doors have been highlighted with a classic French navy to create a focal point of entry for residents and reinforce the traditional Hamptons feel.

The new colour scheme has been a great success with residents and the breakfast point community
